voestalpine BÖHLER Edelstahl is expanding its product portfolio of additive manufacturing powders.

BÖHLER M789 AMPO, this patent-pending alloy combines the easy compressibility of a maraging steel with the corrosion resistance of a 17-4PH material. In addition, it achieves a hardness of up to 52 HRC through simple heat treatment and has good mirror polishability, a property that toolmakers greatly appreciate.
