Pickling
- Dig pickling of steel parts
- Continous pickling of wire and edge wire < 30 mm² cross-sectional area
Heat treatment
- Vacuum- and protectivagas-glowing in pot- and hat furnaces
- Harden and temper of round- and edge dimensions (< 20 mm² cross-sectional area) in rings
Wire drawing
- Drawing wire in size range 0,6 – 16 mm respectively edge dimensions
- Drawing wire to rod in size range 0,8 – 16 mm
Roll wire flat/roll forming
- Rolling of edge dimendions until 40 mm² cross-sectional area from cross section area in round and edge
Grinding
- Grinding rods in size range 4,5 – 30 mm
- Grinding and polishing rods in size range 2 – 30 mm
Draw peeling
- Draw peeling (peeling) wire in size range 4,5 – 15 mm
Judge/cut into lengths
- Judge and cutting wire to rods in size range 0,8 – 17 mm
Removal cutting
- Removal cutting rods in size range 2 – 50 mm
End processing
- End cutting, plotting and/or chamfer rods in size range 4 – 13 mm with chamfer angle 30° or 45°
Check
- Surface testing rods with eddy-current in size range 2 – 20mm
- Cross-section testing rods with ultrasound in size range 5 - 13,5 mm
