HEALTH PROMOTION

Within the scope of our Health project we promote our staff's awareness of their health and support them in maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

PENSION PLAN
We take responsibility for our staff even beyond their active employment at our company.  We ensure their continued well-being by contributing more into the pension funds and creating attractive plans for increasing the value of your pension plan.

RISK PROTECTION
We protect our staff from risks round the clock by contributing voluntarily to compensation insurance, disability insurance and life insurance funds.

CHILD CARE
In cooperation with the City of Kapfenberg, we are making it possible for our staff members to take advantage of the numerous childcare and educational programs in the daycare center and in the playschool kindergarten.  This means having compatibility of family and career and allowing them to re-enter the workforce as soon as possible.  All day groups are available in the daycare center for children after the first year of life and in the playschool kindergarten after the third year of life. There is a possibility to offer childcare throughout the entire holiday season if needed.

MODERN WORKING HOURS MODEL
We follow a modern model of flexible working hours that takes into consideration the needs of both the staff and the company.
