Systematic staff appraisals

The annual systematic discussion between employers and employees is one of the integral elements in our personnel development.  This discussion deals with assessing how, and to what extent, the goals set in the previous year were met. Goals and tasks for the coming year, along with continuing education and training measures for individual employees, are agreed upon.
By discussing matters in a civil fashion we have formed the basis for dealing with mutual expectations with regard to long-term development, initiative, performance and the willingness to learn.
