BÖHLER has been blazing innovative new trails in training and educating young people, within the scope of a continuous improvement process. Its operational and personal advanced training pave the way from successfully finishing an apprenticeship to training as an industrial technician.
The idea of a dual training program is built upon the two pillars of the company and vocational school. At BÖHLER this program is instituted to perfection. Practical training first takes place in the apprentice workshop and then later in the company itself. Technical theory is supplemented by the curriculum in the respective vocational schools. By watching our apprentice video you can gain an insight into our apprentice workshop and get information on the apprenticeships we offer.
